Koeo at obdll port pin 2 has two volts and pin 6 has 4 volts and pin 11 has 2 volts and pin 16 has 12 volts
You mean pin 3 has 2 volts? The voltage on pin 3 and 11 should equal 5. You're saying you have 4 volts. And also 4 volts coming out of pin 6. And also probably 4 volts on 5v reference. Matt T said it earlier:
4V on pin 6 points to a problem with the PCM 5V reference same as the readings you took at the sensors. Sounds like either something pulling down the Vref, PCM power or ground, or the earlier wiring problem damaged the PCM.
Yes it's been like that and that is what I keep thinking but don't know how to check bcm do I I mean I have pulled the entire harness and looked for wires having some issues and I put voltage on all pin of connectors in the isolated disconnected harness and it got same volts on all end connector to end connector I replaced crank sensor and cleaned every ground I could find in every location and I got the truck ready to go to shop I guess so he can get his very needed truck back on the road im sorry I can't figure on how to tell him I dont know if computer and more money so I said I'm sorry and he needed to take to mechanic shop and let them get going thanks for letting me try and all the efforts you gave to help in my nightmare of a transmission rebuild for a good friend and I hope to be reading Paul's book and keep being a follower
