Q: I can not log in to the site and am getting an error message with my login.

A: Perform a password reset by clicking on the "?" (Forgot Password) next to the password box.

Q: I would like to cancel my premium subscription. What do I need to do?

A: To cancel your ScannerDanner Premium subscription using PayPal, login to your PayPal account, and stop the pre-approved payment in the recurring payments listing. Use the link below to navigate to that page.https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_manage-paylist

 Q: When I try to log in I get a message that my account has been banned (403:Access Forbidden Repeat offender (Autobanned).

A: You have tried to log in too many times with the wrong username and password. Email us at support@scannerdanner.com for assistance.

Q: What should I include in my email to support@scannerdanner.com?

A: Email us from the email that you created the account with and describe exactly what error you are encountering.  Make sure to include your username.

Q: When I contacted support, I never got a reply!

A: We did reply! Unfortunately our reply emails may end up in your spam or junk folder! Please add support@scannerdanner.com as a contact in your email system. This will ensure that you receive all of our replies to your inquiries in the future.

Q: I let my subscription run out or I cancelled it in the past and want to re-subscribe but your site is not letting me. What should I do?

A: If you originally subscribed using the 14 day trial, our system will NOT let you use the trial version again. You must subscribe using the No-Trial subscription listed on the same page.
