So you bypassed start relay and it cranked (but no started)?. Which means you have ignition voltage.
Do you have 5v reference with ignition switch on?. You can check it on TPS for intance.

*Is it hatchback, sedan or coupe?
Confirm whether or not you have 5v ref voltage on TPS sensor

Ronald. Due to you confirmed that when you power grey wire it not only cranks but it starts, we can assure PCM is powering sensors (5v reference is on).
*When you power grey wire (A2 relay terminal), you are bypassing relay and directly powering starter solenoid.
*A5 relay terminal is the ground of relay coil (which is connected to groung through range switch on Park or Neutral).
*A1 relay terminal is power ignition, which feeds power not only for relay coil but relay contact which feed starter solenoid (when relay is active). have you checked for this voltage when ignition switch on start (only when cranking)?

EX sub model has Keyless Access System so I think it has another relay in addition to the one you just checked. The two relays must both be energized by the PCM for the load side contacts, which are wired in series, to send voltage to the starter solenoid.Check for power on B4 and ground on A4, while crankingits a ex

Anything else not working besides the starter? Rear brake lights, truck/ceiling light, power to ignition coil and injectors and windshield squirter? Are the terminals clean and tight? If the relay ground controls are present from the PCM in the connector, but no continuity in the relay I think you're going to have to get your hands on a replacement or perhaps you may resort to opening this box up who knows, maybe a solder reflow is in order? Crack it open and show us pics if you can

Where did you find this relay box (relay circuit board) ? I can't find a place that sells this on google
