I was testing relay 62 the ECM /Power train relay. I am trying to upload a larger photo

I cleared the codes and ran diags again and just got P0165 back

go back to the starter relay and test voltage from Batt -ve to term 86 -whilst cranking with relay in.
If you have anything much more than 0v you have a bad earth.
