Hi,
Intermittent Engine cut on Ford Focus RS MK2 2010. Please can you HELP?. I am from UK.
I tested both can bus Resistance aprrox 60 oms
can scope traces are ok.

HI,

THANKS for you help.
After clearing DTC, only code i get is shown below.
Car will work ok for hours, but when its cuts out then all fault code comes back again.

From what I recall about the Ford fuel rail pressure sensors, it's normal for them to over report by 10 psi.

So if you do decide to backup the pressure displayed by the FRP PID with a reading from a mechanical gauge, don't be surprised to see some discrepancy.

"Ground cannot be checked with a 10mm socket"

Right next to a stall you should check if you have com. with ECM and like Landroverman said cheking 5 volts ref. is a way to confirm if ECM is ON or OFF!
