I can't find any information on 7 wire AFR sensors on the Web in general, but I think that it probably must be a wide band AFR sensor.

This is just an educated guess but I think it is likely that:
2 wires are for the current driven o2 pump
2 wires are for the AFR voltage + and -
2 wires are for the heater
1 wire is for ground

Or I could be completely wrong and it's not an AFR sensor at all
Can you post a detailed picture of it?

Also keep in mind that a P0155 might not be the fault of the sensor.
It could be a blown fuse, broken or shorted wire, bad socket connection.

yes, this is a wide band o2 sensor,
I only see 6 wires, according to the diagram, directly coming off the o2 ( wide band ) sensor.

1 black/white - heater
2 dark blue - low reference
3 red - reference
4 dark green - input
5 white - pump
6 white - power ( 12v )

When I started searching for 6 wire AF sensors instead of 7, I found this awesome post about wide band AF sensors from this forum:
www.scannerdanner.com/forum/diagnostic-t...-testing-thread.html

It turns out that 7 wire AF sensors do exist. If I understand correctly, they are just basically 5 wire AF sensors with the calibration resistor put on it's own 2 separate pins

yes, this car does appear to have the calibration resistor, but is pig tailed/spliced off the o2 sensor. I can only go by the wiring diagram, but it shows only 6 wires coming off the sensor itself. diagram could very well be wrong. would like to see a picture of this car sensor in question to verify for sure
