One of those is upside down or backwards, hard to tell but if you zoom in your can tell they are not facing the same way.

Ro-longo with the win again!

The black Impala must have been hit in the rear quarter. The paint has that tell tale orange peel texture, and who ever put it back together glued the Impala badge on up side down. :silly:

There's something suspicious about this 98 Ford Ranger.
I spotted it from the street when it showed up on the tow truck, so I hope it's not too easy.

Again, it's not that there's any parts missing, like the Ford logo on the grille.

Don't recall rangers having the step side option on the box

That's a factory configuration. I have multiple extended cab, flare side Rangers. Keep trying!

Also, welcome to the forum Abeaudry! Thanks for taking the time to make a guess.

Fun Fact: Ford refers to the non-styled, straight side bed as "Fleet Side"
I was unfamiliar with this designation, and when first faced with the Fleet Side option choice, I thought it must be referring to the stylized Flare Side option.

Yay! I've been waiting for another one of these. :woohoo:

The missing Ranger emblem on the front quarter panel? Probably too easy...

No, nothing like that.
I guess you would have to be really familiar with Rangers to spot this one easily. ;)

It's the front bumper, there is supposed to be a body trim below the headlights, those are missing on that truck

I thought the same thing. :( I did some Google Image searching, found that the trim-less bumpers are out there.

I think I got it? :woohoo: The chrome trim around the windows... That wasn't available on the Fords, just the Mazda B-Series. Your Ranger isn't a Ranger at all!

Tyler with the win!
That, my friends, is not a Ford Ranger at all!
Somebody certainly went through a great deal of work to change EVERY BODY PANEL, including bumpers and lights to make it a Ranger.
But the chrome and black trim around the windows was a Mazda B series trait. I'll post the pics of the "Mazda" airbag and door sill plastic trim.

Good eye! I knew somebody would see it!

Thanks! It took me staring at Google Images for quite awhile to figure it out.

All that work, just to end up in the yard? Someone loved that truck at one point or another...

The sad story of every car ever bought, sold, built, or loved by anybody.
Every one of those dilapidated hunks of rusting iron, broken plastic and moldy wet carpets was, at one point, a brand new car. Somebody's pride and joy, freedom on wheels baby!

They all suffer the same fate in the end...
