Can't say I've ever heard of UpStart Auto Parts? But that doesn't mean they aren't reputable. If you wanted to make sure you were getting a legitimate Bosch from a known source, I'd go with AESWave:

Of course, it's more expensive. :lol: But AESWave has never done me wrong.

As for the 525 itself, it seems like a solid tool. I had a chance to test drive a 625 a couple years ago and generally liked it:
