Currently working on a 2003 Chevy express 3500 6.0 with a stuck lean o2 sensor! Any words of advice would be greatly appreciated!

Replaced o2 sensor but havnt checked for bias voltage which i should have checked fuses and am thinking possible bad ground at pcm! Thanks for your input
