Hey this is Billy Ray with the start stall 96 Jeep .I got the email .but I don't. Believe I understood the answer .my question was do I have to have the ECU programed to my Jeep since neither had skim keys not security. And what part of the vehicle checks a Vin match .or stores that besides the ECU. I have 5 v every where and get a 12 ,42, code. When I checked the center cam shaft sensor lead it had a low voltage reading while spinning . The wife went to start it and the back rear driver's side window started down.
