Hello everyone, I don't know a lot about this forum, but have browsed it a fair amount and thought it would be a help to me. I am an automotive technician in my early 20's (just starting out). I am still learning the basics about a lot of things, but I know for sure that I want to learn a lot more about diagnostics. Too many times (in just my 4 or so years of experience) I have seen "techs" put parts on cars "because that is what the scanner said was wrong with it" and not do any testing whatsoever. That is not who I want to be! A teacher of mine introduced me to Scanner Danner and South Main Auto videos and ever since I have been hooked. What motivates me in this field is finding and fixing problems, I think it is the most satisfying thing... So long story short, I am here to learn and hope that some day I will be able to give back!
