A quick Google search of automotive diagnostics in Minneapolis lead me to

I have absolutely no idea who this is and
I have never dealt with anyone in your area, but the reviews are good and anyone who puts "diagnostics" right in the name of their business probably knows what they're doing.

Unfortunately, this guy must be working out of his house! He answered his phone and said he doesn't do that anymore. Still looking for someone reputable.
