Hello everyone
I am Kamadeen from Libya, I am a new auto tech so I am learning a lot from you sannerdanner and using ur methods of 5 v reference and launch 431+ v I use power probe.. I try to get picscope or something cheaper.. My customers are amazing of my skills that I am getting from you scannerdanner.. I wish I learn more by experience and time...

First of welcome Kamadeen :-) As we all know Picoscope are superb but any oscilloscope is 100 times better than none.
If on a reallly tight budget why don't you have a look at the Owon VDS1022i -- don't let the price fool you this is a good 2 channel starter oscilloscope, you will need a few extra test leads and an attenuator.
