I joined this forum in search better diagnostic skills. I started out working part time as a wrench turner/parts changer with no automotive background. A part was pointed at and I changed it, without knowing (or caring) why. My skills have improved greatly over the years, and I now consider myself a fairly-good mechanic, even though I am not certified. I would like to, one day, consider myself a diagnostic technician.

That was 4-5 years ago. About the same time that I saw a "Rock Star" on youtube. I bought his book and have been stalking ScannerDanner on youtube ever since.

Now, I am the guy to come to when the others have failed.
I think it is GREAT that ScannerDanner has made this forum. Thank you, Paul.

My apologies, SD. I saw the example and clicked the link. I noticed that the forum page was exactly the same as the youtube page. I, now, know that is because the youtube page had been updated with the info from the forum page, not the other way around.
