Hi. My name is Tory. I was a tech in the 1980s and early 90s. I went through a 2 year tech school in North Dakota for automotive and graduated with my associates of automotive technology. I worked in the field for about 13 years before trying something different. I have been away from auto repair for a long time. I spent the last 25 years as a professional firefighter. I have been able to repair my own cars for years but find my skills are lacking pretty severely these days. I still enjoy working on cars and would like to become proficient again. I have been considering running a small business out of my shop for extra money but I wouldn't feel comfortable unless I felt like my skills were up to date. I just purchased an older Modis off ebay to get my feet wet with the scopes. I hope you folks can teach an old dog some new tricks.
