Hello everyone my name is John I'm fast approaching 69 this month and luckily still able to crawl under the cars I want to fix, I'm a DIYer as I don't have the funds to pay the pro's these days and love tinkering with my cars anyway having always been a Petrol Head. I live in Manchester England I was trained as an aircraft technician on airframes and engines back in mid 60s while in the British army but looking back I think that even the aircraft I worked on were pretty basic compared to the tech that goes into the average car these days and we did very little on the electronic side of things, that was a completely different training course.
Ever since buying an Audi Q7 3.0L TDI cica 2008 I have found that this car is a catastrophe waiting to happen and generally happening most of the time and so I have been trying to up my diagnostic skill to be able to counter the problems it finds to throw at me and so to my thanks to Paul for his excellent videos which I am working my way through and enjoying tremendously.
I shall no doubt be a frequent visiter trying to be pulled out of the mire of TDI DPF technology I just wish there were more about oil guzzlers on the forum and hoping to find some info as I go along
Sorry for the long post but I never know when to stop

I think your right about the translation I'm taking it that your in the uk somewhere driving the rover 75 nice to meet you. You will probably be hearing a lot more about the Q7 very shortly because at this moment in time it's running in limp home due to a Dpf problem that I have just spent over £2000 supposedly sorting at a garage

Lol, it's too busy to be an appropriate Avatar.
It's the cover of "The Divinity of Purpose" by American hard core band Hatebreed.
It's a painting of an Angel pulling a man up by the back and a devil pulling the man down.
If you can get over the screaming vocal style, the songs are pretty meaningful and carry a positive message of overcoming your faults and not being defined by your weaknesses.
