hello everyone my name is Randy Pendlebury, and I work for master muffler and brakes complete care care in orem Utah. I am some what new to the auto industry even though I have been involved in it most of my young adult life. I graduated about a year ago from brigham young university of Idaho with a bachelors degree in automotive technology.
