I have a couple boards I'm a member of,but just to research info. This will be the first I typed anything into.
I'm sure you'll be able to tell by my spelling and grammar,or more accurately,lack off such. I just wanted to express my thanks and gratitude for all the effort Paul and friends have put into this treasure trove of knowledge.
A little about me. My name is also Paul. Not also,just Paul,not just Paul, but forget it.
I went to a vocational high school in MA, back when it was MASS. They put me in machine shop because of high math scores and sibling already there,but i switched to auto tech after a couple years. Then on to community college for auto diesel. But fell back on the machining trade for the next 14 or so years. Fast forward another 14 or so years and I'm trying to get off the truck as an over the road driver.
I've tried to keep up with cars along the way as computers were new in cars, but just couldn't keep up living in a semi. So here I am,home 4 days a week tinkering on stuff. The mechanics are simple and I love the electrical hunt,as I have since got my ham radio license. And with Paul's intensely gratifying tutorials and new tool acquisitions like oscilloscope and too many other cool gadgets to list(thanks to Paul). I'm once again fixing everybody's crap in the neighborhood.even stuff the local pros couldn't figure out.made me feel all warm and fuzzy. So this is my secret knowledge base. I'd like to take this as far as I can in life cause you just never know.
