I'm still very new here (and new to the scope world), so maybe this has been discussed, but I was wondering if an idea for the website might be adding a waveform library?

Hey sir. Yes...this has been discussed in the admin section. Since there are different websites like Pico, iATN, and others of course that have waveform libraries, it has been decided not to start a waveform library on the ScannerDanner website. It would be a massive amount of work while we can use and share waveforms from other respected websites.

Thanks for the suggestion!

Please don't hesitate to ask for waveforms or data if you're in need! We may not have a library, but many of our members maintain their own collections.

We can't, unfortunately. :( For files that won't upload here, I've been using my Google Drive. The sharing links seem to work really well. ;)

Open your original PSD file (pico file), then click "save as" and select "jpg", then you can upload the file

Added this to the Picture Guidelines sticky in the Repair section. ;)

Is there a way to share the .scm (snap on scanner movie) files here in the forums? This could be useful if a member is gacubgba hard time diagnosing a condition. IF another member were to see something in the file they could steer the poster of the file in the proper direction in what to troubleshoot as that's helpful for us rookies as we don't just want the answer as we won't learn the proper diagnosis but to be steered in the proper direction would be great as it would help us and potentially others.

IF I have to upload the .scm file to a share site such as Dropbox that would be fine.

One thing does come to mind with the file sharing though and that would be security in regards to maybe just warning members to scan files they download for to their pc to view on shopstream connect for viruses so they're not getting a bad file shared to them unless there's another website that allows you to post scm files and they make them watchable from their website?

Tyler turned me on to Scanshare.io
You can upload your data pids there and just put a link in your post for anyone interested to have a look.
