There is not. Such a list would be quite extensive and vary greatly between manufacturers.
All Data usually has a list of abbreviations, also built into many of the Snap on scan tools you'll find a list of abbreviations and PID descriptions.
And of course Google knows everything :)

These snap on documents contain exhaustive lists of data pid acronyms, abbreviations and pid definitions. The US manual is manufacturer specific, the OBD manual is generic. HTH.

For some reason the US domestic document does not upload properly, although it is in pdf format and does not exceed the limit of 5 Mb. You might download it from the SO website as well.....
