I was thinking that it might be helpful for users to list some of the diag tools they have access to when looking for help. That way other members can make specific test recommendations based on what the person has for tools.
I have been thinking about this for a while it would be very helpfuI and make much easier to frame useful answers but how to make work in practice......................

I think that's a great idea. As Andy pointed out though, it could be difficult to get everyone on the same page.
Wasn't there a subtext at one point under the avatars? (Or maybe it's still there on the desktop site, I always use my phone)
I wonder if it would be possible to use that feature in the profile editor to display what diagnostic tools are available for testing.
