Bought the book and joined SDP what about the ebook?

I saw a post that was over two years old, so I’ll ask again. I bought the print book, and subscribed to SDP. Trying to type in links to videos from the print book is near impossible. I’d like the ebook, but honestly I’m a little miffed at the thought of another $50 just be have hot links to the videos. Is there a current list for SDP members and book owners to click on? Is there a discount code or even a link to have the ebook as well since we are already investing $100 in a print book and a subscription fee for SDP?
