just wondering if anyone had any tips or test i can do if i find all powers and ground are good. thank guys. i just have a feeling this peice of junk is gonna try to kick my ass. lol thanks again btw, cust replaced lots of parts, including a new pcm

From what I’ve seen the new PCM is suspect. Was it new? Was it used? Was it programmed to vehicle vin. A lot of those in parts stores are plug n play but they have to be programmed. And most of those from parts store are set to be in unprogramable. If PCM I recommend a company I used for mine Auto Computer Specialist in Ft Lauderdale. Chrysler products are their specialty. Ask for Demetrius Tell them Kevin from Birmingham sent you. Just a thought from me not a master like a lot here
