I have a 2009 Cadillac cts and I was curious if anyone can help me with this problem. My car will not start but my battery is good my starter is good but I none of my fuses are working like one side of the prongs only work . In both fuse boxes. I have to keep jumping my battery. All my lights work when I turn my car to the on (accessory mode) position but once I try and crank it nothing happens no click no crank even all the lights go out like if It lost power completely. Well I noticed that when I wiggle the ignition switch where you start the car the everything starts like blinking so I took the steering wheel off and I'm trying to figure out what would cause it I don't know if I need an ignition switch due to the fact that everything's on or can it be the wiring ? The ignition lock , or actuator arm?? I'm kinda stuck . Please let me know. Thank u
