2011 traverse show no cam rpm. Will show cranking rpm. Where does the computer receive the cam signal? fuel trim doesn't change O2 volts don't change

Fuel trim and O2 volts not changing during a crank attempt isn't unusual. Nor will a failing O2 cause a crank no start condition. In other words, don't sweat the trims and O2's for now. ;)

Can you take a screenshot of the specific cam RPM PID you're looking at? The 3.6L engine has four cam sensors, but I couldn't tell you which one drives your PID off the top of my head. Seeing no activity on that PID may be entirely normal. :silly:

Before going down the cam sensor path, I'd back up and do some quick checks with the scan tool. Low side fuel pressure is a big one. Check the data in the Fuel Pump Control Module for desired and actual pressure during a crank. Actual should meet or exceed desired.

I'd also suggest monitoring the MAP sensor during a crank attempt. Should go into a few inches of vacuum. No vacuum or pressure increases would suggest a base engine breathing problem.

Snap on Solis scanner I don't see fuel pressure
while cranking MAS shows change
What should the fuel pressure be?

cranking desired fuel pressure 46 to 49 lbs & actual pressure 46 to 49 lbs

Check spark plug tubes for oil intrusion odds are they are filled with oil shorting coils to block. This is a very common issue with the 3.6

update spark plugs were fouled . We removed the rear valve cover and found the intake rockers were broken . engine was 3 qts low
