Hi guys. I have a 2001 gti vr6 2.8l
I rebuilt a motor only addition is 268 cams & titanium valve kit.
I have been getting p1137 code for a month I have put new maf, injectors,o2 x 2, purge control valve , fpr fuel pump fuel filter & after each install keep getting same code.

ok i got some data from the torque app scanner.
At idle
MAF: 6.0g/s
STFT: 2.3%
02 1×2: 0.4V
LTFT: -14.8%
VOLTS (AD): 13.9V
FUEL FLOW: 38.6CC/MIN
FUEL FLOW: 2.4L/HR

UNDER LOAD 11.8%
MAF: 15.2G/S
STFT: -10.9%
02 1×2: 0.6V
LTFT: -14.8%
VOLTS(AD): 14.0
FUEL FLOW: 92.9CC/MIN
FUEL FLOW: 5.6L/HR

UNDER LOAD 2500RPM IM GETING NEGATIVE 17 STFT.
ANY HEELP WOULD BE GREAT Thank you.

Fist thing that stands out is the g/s... 6g/s at idle. With a 2.8l engine should be reading in the range of .8 to 1 g/s

Being wrong doesn't bother me, it's being right and not understanding why that does
