Front right hit owner bought it at auction with no keys. Asked me to come in and make a Key, proximity push to start type.

I struggle with CAN network testing other than 60ohms sitting idle on the network.

Once I hit the button network jumps all over voltage wise .

I know a scope would be best. My question is if certain wires are exposed, not shorted will this bring down the CAN network and if so if I pull those modules offline will it come back to normal after I disconnect them though they won't have faults as I feel as if with the CAN H & CAN L signals they have to go essentially a circle thru the item and then come back?

I do know there was a 4 or 5 wire harness near the hood latch area that the wires are cut flush, a air bag sensor mushed up a little bit then headlight, clearance wires loose and or broke off from the deer hit.

This vehicle was totaled out from the deer hit. I have my doubts about if it really was a deer or not or maybe something else, inattentiveness or something else maybe.

I'll get the scope out and rough it till I "get it" or learn.

Any & all help appreciated.
