Hey Droidkiller! I couldn't find a known good to compare to for you. 
Where are you from? In the States, the Yaris never came with a 1.4L, and didn't have electronic throttle control until later on.
Are we looking at APP 1 and 2 in your Pico capture? I ask because that kind of sawtooth pattern in the red trace is sometimes the result of the PCM momentarily pulling the signal to ground as part of it's circuit integrity check.
Is this a hard code, or does it reset intermittently?
