Good morning! I have a question: how would you know if a system uses bias voltage by using only a multimeter?

Bias voltage would show up measuring dc voltage on a disconnected signal wire and getting a reading different from v ref and ref ground/low.

An expert is someone who knows each time more on each time less, until he finally knows absolutely everything about absolutely nothing.
