High injection duty cycle 2002 Peugeot 206 1,4 MPI
Just changed the cat and idle control valve on my Peugeot 206.
It now starts fine and idled fine cold but first time i got up to temperature it started coughing and spluttering. The live data on the injectors give implausible duty cycle values of 120 to almost 200% on cylinder 2 and 3 and the graph on those cylinders is just a straight line. Reseting parameters does nothing. There was a no com code on injector 3 that for some reason has not been logged. The upstream o2 is also reporting a rich condition without throwing a check engine or any codes whic to me points to 1 or more injectors being permanently open.
Any thoughts? I go and try to get some codes now.
Code is P0203 Injector 3 Control malfunction.
I suspect that the O rings are past it on the injectors in cylinders with excessive duty cycle.
