I'm in the process of troubleshooting P0300 & P0305 codes on my Grand Caravan and would like to avoid firing the parts cannon at it if I can. I replaced the plugs and coils ~20k km ago. I recently pulled plugs 3 & 5 and they looked fine. I swapped coils 3 and 5 and the misfire did not move.
The CEL goes out after disconnecting the battery and stays off for at least a few drive cycles. When the CEL comes back on it will alternate between flashing and solid. When it's flashing the van idles really poorly and at lower RPM than usual. If I don't give it throttle it will stall out and starting the van after that takes more cranking time than usual. Eventually, the CEL stays solid and the rough idle and stalling goes away. After a battery disconnect, the CEL goes away and the van runs fine. My research is now leaning towards the TIPM but I'm not sure. Any advice/guidance would be appreciated.

IS the throttle light flashing by chance as well? What scan tool are you using? The reason I ask is I've had depending on scan tool up to 5 codes with 1 scan tool, 3 with another and 2with another.
Snap-On Zeus, Bosch ADS-625 & Autel IM-608 in that order as well.

I'm using a Bluetooth scanner from FIXD. No flashing throttle light, just the CEL.

If it's still available, or when the CEL comes back on, check the Freeze Frame data. Take screenshots if possible.
Misfire counts from Mode $06 would also be helpful.
When the misfire takes place will help you with finding a diagnostic direction. I would not immediately suspect a TIPM for a misfire code.

Thanks for the info. If the CEL returns I will definitely grab the freeze frame data. The FIXD app doesn't show tons of info but I will record it and share it here.
I did disconnect both poles of the batter, disconnected and cleaned the front connection to the TIPM and the CEL has not yet returned.

IF you disconnect and cleaned the battery posts and the positive post of the TIPM then it's not TIPM related so don't go down that rabbit hole. Remember there's no silver bullet either.
When you disconnected the Batteries you essentially did a reset of the system which in instances causes the codes to go away. Think of it as restarting your cars computer like you'd do with a home PC or Laptop.
Remember in reference to the stalling troubleshooting you will always need no matter what vehicle you own you'll need fuel, spark, compression with the exception of electric vehicles of course but you'll need deep pockets for the car and for a battery later as well.

Here's the advanced data from the most recent P0300. The van started, idled roughly for 30 seconds and died. It won't start anymore. Fuel injectors?

An expert is someone who knows each time more on each time less, until he finally knows absolutely everything about absolutely nothing.

The pcm is seeing the engine under considerable load, indicated by the map reading as well. Both banks' O2 seem not to agree with the corresponding fueling as the STFT reveals.

Engine is the 3.6L right? 2011 was not a good year for that engine (cylinder head defects mainly on bank 2, the head closest to the front of the car). See TSB 09-002-14 Rev B.
Now that TSB is related to P0300, P0302, P0304, and P0306, but it's possible for the bank one cylinder head to experience the same problem. Since you've already replace the plugs and coils, I would run a compression check on cylinder 5. The minimum pressure is 100 PSI.
