2008 LR3 HSE V8, 196k miles. Had a coolant leak, found it was the thermostat housing, plus other places. So I replaced the full thermostat assembly and all new coolant hoses as they were old. As I went to install the hoses I noticed that the radiator over flow inlet and supply inlet were disintegrating. So I replaced the radiator and ac condenser. While waiting for parts to arrive, I went ahead and replaced belts and water pump.
Given the age, I felt good about having all new coolant system.
Replacing the thermostat assembly and hose was complicated due to being under the throttle body. I even had to unbolt the manifold to get access for the last hose.
Anyway, got all that done and back together. Now it won’t start.
It cranks but no start. Steps to diagnose:
-cheap scanner reads no codes
-sprayed fuel in throttle body, no effect
-pulled #2 spark plug, dry but moderate carbon. Seemed normal to me.
-started to check fuel from fuel rail. As I started to open squeeze clamp on fuel rail, fuel sprayed out. So good fuel pressure.
Need help diagnosing what’s going on. Hard with no codes.

An update. My mechanic friend had me jump it to make sure it wasn’t the battery. Next we sprayed carb cleaner into the intake prior to the throttle body and it fired, ran horribly and would stay running without me stepping on the gas. Dies without it.
Next he suggested that maybe when I lifted the manifold it allowed water/coolant into the cylinders, fowling the plugs.
Suggested that I pull the plugs, crank it and blow everything out of the cylinders. The put new plugs in. I did that and it ran slightly better but still misfires constantly.
I attached pictures of the codes.
Misfires in all 8 cylinders.
My friend says the next step is to remove the manifold and see where it’s leaking into the cylinders.
Thoughts?

I found that my mainfold was not properly bolted down, some loose bolts
Truck is starting but has a rough idle now, idles very low and rough and eventually dies. Higher rpm’s is smoother. But wondering if it’s only running on a few cylinders.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Misfire at idle that smooths out at higher rpm makes me always want to do a compression test,
Although you have now changed the spark plugs the old spark plug in the picture had a massive gap this could have damaged the coil secondary insulation
You also really need to use a scantool that will read live data, particularly the short and longterm fuel trims for both banks.
