honda accord 2003 v6 keeps frying pcm, its the 5th already

hello guys, iam working on this honda and at a previous shop pcm has been replaced 6 times so far and cust say everything works ok until 1 or 2 days driving that pcm is fried again, could you guy giveme any directions on where to start diagnosing this aprreciate it

Make sure the alternator bolts are tight. I know the older Hondas the bolts would get loose and fry pcm’s

What is fried about the PCM, exactly? Does it no longer communicate? Does an output no longer work?

Check that no one has replaced a relay controlled by the ECU with one that does not have a resistor or diode to suppress the coil collapse spike.
