Hello!
Are you talking about changing the display on the cluster, or changing the way the data is displayed in the scan tool?
I keep a calculator on my phone or google the conversions if I need them while I'm in the shop.
Also, what year is the Lexus?

OK, I understand now. Unless somebody here actually owns one of those cars, it's unlikely that anyone here will have an answer for you.
Research is going to be key in figuring this one out. If you don't have the owner's manual, you may be able to download it from the Lexus website.
I wish I had a better answer for you than that.

And about owner's manual I don't havt it but consider if it mentioned on owner's manual it shoud be easy to get
Because lot of peoble on google have same my issue
So I'm sure it's special way to be done but I don't know .
