2005 Ford Freestyle 3.0V6 AWD CVT trans and low power symptom

Hi,
Long story of this Freestyle, but I will cut to the chase.

Low power output, is it drag inside the CVT transmission or some bogus sensor reading ?
Theres no check engine light, and no codes from the TCM or any other module I can scan.

Here's the details
Family vacation, highway driving all day and while attempting to pass a 18 wheeler on a hill, I throttle up and the engine starts nosing over, loosing power. Check Engine light went on... It got bad enough that I pulled off the highway. I let it "rest" a bit, then got is started again to limp along up the shoulder to the next exit. Towed to home base, then drove it the next day to a shop I trusted since this car is "fly by wire"... it does not even use a throttle cable.

The shop said it was an EGR problem.
Said the wiring harness had shorted EGR line, which they repaired, but that did not fix.
They said the computer needed to be replaced because the driver for the EGR line was bad.
After I interviewed the tech to get the details, I gave the Ok for the replacement and flashing the VIN and the security re-key, yada, yadda....
More $$$ spent.

Then I pick it up and immediately noticed it did not have the power or acceleration that it had before the failure and repair.
The car would not accelerate to more than 60 going downhill on the highway onramp.

I took it back and they did some more evaluation and said it had a bad CVT transmisison. No codes were reported. They tried a flush and fill with filter and fresh CVT fluid, but that did not fix. Now over the threshold for $,$$$ spent.

I took it home and decided to do a junkyard CVT replacement...
After my junkyard CVT swap, it is back together. No check engine light, it idles and seems to run great in the driveway, but on the road, it has low power. I got a code scanner [FORScan] and took a trace on the Trans Control Module - TCM. See attachment. The cursor is highlighting 100% for the ODBII calculated load at ~25 mph . No tranny codes and no check light during the test drive.

Is this a mechanical issue inside the CVT or some electrical issue with a sensor like the MAF or TPS, etc ?
I plan to clean the MAF and do another test drive tracing the ECM.

> Am I on the right track here looking at the 100% calculated load at 39% TPS on level ground going about 25 MPH.

Link to 5 minute video reviewing the trace output of the test drive.
