1990 Toyota V6
Cranks no start.
'Engine Check' indicator does not illuminate when ignition switched on 'On' position.
All other indicators on Instrument Cluster illuminate.
Cranks no start.

Do you have battery voltage at pin 16 of the data link connector?

As of 1990 this vehicle probably does not feature the 16 pin J1962 DLC. Nevertheless, circuit check would be on f the first steps.
An expert is someone who knows each time more on each time less, until he finally knows absolutely everything about absolutely nothing.

Is that a 23 pin dlc?
