Hello,
I´m hoping someone can tell me whats going on in the attached injector picoscope log.
I´m new to Oscilloscopes and am trying to diagnose an intermittent misfire/ exhaust popping issue.
These are Deka 80lb injectors controlled by an aftermarket ecu that uses a mosfet to trigger & transient voltage suppressor diode for the flyback control instead of a usual zener.
I´m thinking the closing control doesn´t look quite right eg, the step at 13.5v, an inconsistent spike at 33v and the opening hump seems to be inconsistent also.
It seems quite noisy to me but i haven´t seen enough to know so educated opinions appreciated...
Thanks !
