Have you tried resetting your Fuel Alcohol Content %? That's a common source of rich conditions on that engine. Your scan data indicated 32%, which is enough to cause issues *IF* you haven't been buying E85.
If you reset the Fuel Alcohol Content and your fuel trims immediately improve, then you're on the right track. Check out TSB 10-06-04-004B for more info:
