hi guys, i am little confused about this circuit i want to know if it is a ground control, if resistor in pcm is a bias cause when i measure koeo and coils unplugged control side and battery positive conected am getting 12 volts in one side (the bad one)and the other one (the good one) 0 volts.....i think the bad one is shorted cus when measuring with test light it lights up but not sure.
