I just want to be clear so we're not tearing into this motor again without reason.

We have a 2013 Buick Verano 2.4 L timing chain was making noise and brought it in, found that the timing chain tensioner had failed and jumped teeth. They replace the timing chain and tensioner, they did an engine flush to get rid of some of the tensioner pieces out of it. We ran it for 300 miles got solenoids codes and fuel pressure regulator codes so we checked the solenoids and they had some Gunk on them so we changed the oil again and after the car continue to act up at stoplights we change the front fuel pump and it worked for about 200 miles.

The symptoms we were having we're at every stop light. Press brake, car in gear it would start bucking and if we put it in neutral it would smooth itself out.

The actuators are something that were brought up in a conversation but we didn't know for sure.

I just want to make sure I'm accurate on this description so I can relay the information.

And thanks a lot for the help I really do appreciate this, I've been using the same mechanic for over 20 years and he's a good man and very knowledgeable.

I moved this to your own topic.
It will help preserve the continuity of the previous thread and also give your problem more exposure.
If you wouldn't mind adding the codes that the car is setting, I'm sure you'll get some good advice.

I have had those engines come back after a timing job with much debris on the screens of the VVT solenoids. Especially if the oil pan wasn't removed as part of the job to ensure that all the broken junk doesn't jam up the oil pick up tube down the road.
Usually with camshaft timing rationality/performance codes.

Well we just change the actuators / phasers and the car is still bucking at stop lights. Also change rear fuel sensor near tank still having the same symptoms.
