2011 chevy cruise 1.4 to much pressure in valve cover

It seams like I have to much pressure in the valve cover pushing out oil I tested the front pcv valve its good the one in the intake I have seen on line it needs a bypass or a new intake I guess the one in the intake is a common problem I just put a new valve cover gasket on I don't hear any air suction from the breather in valve cover so would think the cover is good any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Have you measured crankcase pressure with a manometer or vacuum gauge? I believe 1-2 inHg of vacuum is normal.

You're sure the non-return valve in the intake has failed? Can you see the colored end of the valve if you look down the tube?



Lastly, does this engine misfire?
