i was installing a new tcm module and by mistake one of the orings went inside the transmission ...i thought no issues would appear after othen than oil leakage..i programed the tcm, did all cluthes and shift learning all when good, but when i went for a ride it began shifting badly and tcm light came up but no dtcs. i would like to know if you guys think that the missing oring inside the tranny can cause this erratic shifting or if is the oil leakage because of the oring missing
