Mercedes E500 P0447 (EVAP system vent control circuit open)
Good evening guys and girls.
I am working on a 2006 Mercedes E500 two wheel drive (211,197) with an evap code P0447. According to All DATA this code is not listed for this vehicle. I checked the vent valve and its good, not 100 on wiring and driver which i am looking at now. When i unplug the vent valve i get a P2025 (EVAP fuel vapor Temp Sensor Range) code not a P0447. I have yet to find anything to disconnect that would give me the P0447. Has anyone else ran into a code that's not listed for a vehicle they are working on and how did you resolve the concern?
