I have a bmw that got water in the driver side and it started after but hesitated and then there was a no crank no start. All dash lights turn on. My climate controls, horn, windows and radio stoped working. My transmission won’t go out of parking. I’ve replaced the DMW and has been programmed and still nothing. I need help.

I have not. Do you think that would cause the no crank no start condition though?

Not 100% sure as the FRM usually controls interior and lighting similar to a BCM. However it could be corrupting CAN networks and since where the FRM is located got wet, I'd check it.
