Transmission Temperature was created by Loney911
MB 722.8 Transmission.
“Transmission fault visit workshop”
*No DTCs
*Valve body cleaned.
*Oil changed.
When driving (around 20mins) the car transmission temperature continuously rising the highest temperature I have recorded is 146 degree. When gear shift to P or N temperature reduce slowly.
When in Drive mode the Engine RPM need to rise upto to 2000 for move the car

146 degrees Fahrenheit, or Celsius? Just wanna be clear.
146F doesn't sound that bad, but 146C would be overheating.
The 2000 RPM to get moving sounds like low line pressure, or low fluid level.
You're confident you set the level correctly?

146 degree Celsius
Oil just measured in liters and fill according to specs (6.5ltrs)
*Previously coolant is mixed with transmission fluids
*sump removed and clean all sediments
*Radiator replaced
After that same “Transmission Fault” is shown in dashboard . To clear the fault ignition need to be off/on. Sometime can dive whole day with out any fault.
Against flush the system using gear flush and replaced fluids. Sometimes same fault is shown, this time clear fault is much easy just need to change gear shifter to other positions like N R or P fault is disappear.
Overcome this valve body is removed and clean some oil grooves are blocked by sediment
After this we are facing temp and power loss issue .

Gotcha, thank you!
I understand that you filled it to spec, but these really need to be checked with the correct dipstick.
I wouldn't suggest any further testing or repairs until you can verify the fluid level. I found this example on Amazon, but these are widely available from other sources:

Sorry to say this, but you may have your answer. Transmission clutches do NOT like coolant.

I guess Transmission power loss issue is fixed
Transmission temp goes upto 110 degrees but it will take much time to reach.
* Clutch converter is slipping
