2006 silverado 4.3. engine was locked up due to failed oil pump. customer said it sometimes would die and not crank before oil pump failed. put in new engine and getting no pulse on any injector. 12 volts to the injectors. crank signal getting 12 volt and sending ref signal when cranking over. New distributor was put on with new engine. cranks and runs on propane and gasoline injected in throttlebody. with scanner i can't make the injectors pulse either. I am leaning on a bad computer, but wanted some input before getting new computer. no engine codes listed.

Moved this one to the Repair section. ;)

I see there's no codes, but is the anti theft light on?

So, I'm not gonna lie. :silly: After you reported back about the anti-theft light, I did some more digging. Found a little nugget of wisdom on IdentiFix.

Apparently it's possible to swap the AC pressure sensor and TPS connectors? You end up with a TPS that reads WOT and thus goes into clear flood mode. No codes set because both the AC pressure and the TPS still read within acceptable limits.

On your scan data, what does the TPS position say? If it's near 100%, unplug it and crank it again. ;)

Me either! :silly: That'll be a new one for me if it's true.
