I got this 1996 tacoma . And i got a ground at my Sta fuse . Both sides of fuse . I pulled fuse and this ground is feeding E5 pin 11 pin at ECU also it’s sending ground to cluster light and circuit open relay . Black white striped wire . Im not sure if this is right . I replaced my circuit open relay . But this ground is still there . Is this a ground wire or just shorted ?
For our info, what are you using for testing? Power Probe?
With the ignition in any position other than start, it's normal for the STA fuse to show a ground. The ground is coming from the control side of the Circuit Opening relay and the starter solenoid. With the ignition in crank, both sides of the fuse should show 12V.
