I would try a battery disconnect along with the throttle cleaning you already did before going too much deeper.

"Ground cannot be checked with a 10mm socket"

Before going too deep, check the transmission fluid level. Low level can cause the torque converter to stick applied while coming to a stop. They usually won't set codes with this issue.

Most Ram transmissions are checked at idle in Neutral, not Park.

I've done the battery disconnect and still have issue. I have set P0335 code on two different occasions and also a misfire code once. Can I bench test a crankshaft sensor with 12v battery and multi meter? I thought i read that sensor is activeted with 5v.

I added a quart of trans fluid. Although the truck will also drop to zero rpm and instantly return to normal rpm while crusising on the interstate.

If you do not have a oscilloscope your best bet is to replace both cam and crank sensors with oem sensors not aftermarket
