Thanks for the Add,
My grandson was given his first truck from his uncle, It cranks no start, no spark. We have battery power at Coil positive side, cool negative with test light connected to B+ no blink while cranking.
Pip signal wire at ICM has pulse while cranking tested with led light also with Dvom. Switches from 10ish volts to about 5volts while cranking. Had no signal pin 2 on gender mounted black ICM so we replaced module. Now while cranking test !ight at Coil negative no light until we stop cranking rudimentary flash of light and fuel pump relay and pump cycles once. We pulled the spout connector it has pulse while cranking. Disconnected pcm connector crank still no spark. Typically when you get spark when stop cranking its the module but we replaced it twice concerned first was bad. Won't old module back on we lose the single pulse when stopping cranking.
Prior to the no start truck would some times only run with spout removed now no difference. We tried a com from my son's 95f150 no start but had the original Icm installed then..
Help is very much welcome. Scanner Danner loves a good challenge in sure..lol I was master ase for many yrs and Master Ford certified after retirement list some of my smarts lol
Thanks

Ground is fine pin 6 on icm, added a temporary ground from B- to frame and engine Distributor is grounded good to block
The shielded wire from distributor has continuity to module and pcm but when it warms up I want to check pcm connector grounds if I can find a good schematic for that connector.
Thanks

I have good grounds at pcm 60 pin have battery voltage at icm good ground on black wire have dvom pulses at pip wire from 12.4 to 5.3 volts back and forth while cranking but only have one pulse on coil negative wire cranking and only pulses the one time as soon as I. Let go of my crank button I have hooked to the starter relay test light brightens fuel pump relay and pump cycles on of for a split second.. no pulsing of test light while cranking with test light clip on B+ probe in coil neg connector
I'm not sure if you're familiar with the older dura spark systems on like the 87 88 Fords with the box on the fender but those used to be when you let go of the key soon as you did it would fire sometimes and hit this is exactly what this is doing but this new the new ICM modules on the fender well it doesn't typically do that that was a normal problem on the older Fords before they went to the new '90s TFI modules or the the black ones on the fender well if you're familiar with the older style you'll know what I'm talking about

I also want to check the power on positive side of coil with DVOM instead of test light only.. asap I'll check the powers at the Pcm 60 pin.
Thanks
