Rotor arm stuck removal suggestions please was created by toyota1990s
Hello,

I have a 1998 UK specification Toyota Corolla 1.6 automatic that I cannot replace the rotor arm because it is stuck solid on the distributor. It doesn't look as though it has ever been removed in nearly 2 decades.

Any suggestions please on methods to remove the rotor arm?

Thanks

Stephen

Buy a new one before you start and do a visual check it is the right one, if the old one breaks due brute force it is no great loss.
